The inauguration was conducted based on the Minister of State Secretary's Decree Number 134 of 2023 concerning the Appointment of High-Ranking Officials within the Kemensetneg and the Minister of State Secretary's Decree Number 112 of 2023 concerning the Appointment of Supervisory Officials within the Kemensetneg. The appointed officials will receive structural position allowances in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
Taking up positions in the Presidential Military Secretariat Unit (Setmilpres), the two officials who took their oaths were Colonel (Navy) Ignatius Bayu Trikuncoro as the Head of the Bureau of Ceremonies, Decorations, and Honors, and Colonel (Air Force) Heri Kris Drihandaka as the Head of the Security Bureau.
Meanwhile, the four appointed Supervisory Officials are Major (Army) Achmad Febrianto as the Head of the TNI and Polri Personnel Services Subdivision; Major (Navy) Arizzona Bintara as the Head of the First Officer Appointment Subdivision; Lieutenant Colonel (Infantry) Didik Teguh Waluyo as the Head of the Administrative Support for Security Subdivision; and Commissioner AKBP M. Kasim Akbar Bantilan as the Head of the Vice President's Security Subdivision.
While acknowledging the performance of the previous officials and welcoming the newly inaugurated officials, Mensesneg urged the officials to quickly adapt and strive to achieve their best performance.
"With different environments and work methods, I hope you can quickly adapt and work diligently. Aim for minimal errors while continuing to innovate, both in terms of work methods and utilizing knowledge and technology," said Pratikno.
Before concluding his speech, Pratikno also reminded the officials that their positions within Kemensetneg, which are in close proximity to the President and Vice President, are expected to serve as role models for other ministries.
"Once again, I congratulate you on joining the big family of Kemensetneg. May it be a new experience that adds to your wealth of experience and contributes to this ministry," concluded Mensesneg Pratikno.
After the inauguration, the newly appointed Head of the Security Bureau shared his vision of ensuring the security, safety, and comfort of every activity involving the President and Vice President.
"I will carefully observe and make full efforts to implement the directives of Mensesneg in order to work to the fullest of my capacity and experience, while also producing innovations," he said.
