The counter was initiated by the Tangerang Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Agency. The aim is to facilitate the administration process for residents of Tangerang Regency.

"Public service counters will be inaugurated on August 30, 2023 at Ciputra Tangerang Mall. Various services will be available, such as civil registration services, motor vehicle certificates, national health insurance, workers' social security, and regional tax services," said Soma Atmaja, Head of DPMPTSP Tangerang Regency.

Currently the counter is still in the preparation and refinement stage before being launched. Six government agencies are involved in operating this service counter.

"We chose to set up a counter at the mall because it aims to bring services closer to the community and provide convenience because all services are integrated in one place. In addition, there will be services on weekends to accommodate those who are busy on weekdays. " he added.

Through this counter, it will be easier for residents to take care of their administrative needs and will improve the quality of services provided by the Tangerang Regency Government in the future.
