"We need to collaborate more with the Tangerang District Revenue Office (Bapenda) to improve our services to the community in the future," said Regent Zaki during the inauguration and appointment of the regional officials of the Tangerang Regency Association of Land Deed Officials (IPPAT) for the 2023-2024 period at the Pendopo Hall of the Tangerang Regent's Office, Ki Samaun, in Tangerang City on Monday (21/8/23).
He hopes that IPPAT Tangerang will be more collaborative with the government and responsive to suggestions and criticisms. Regent Zaki appreciates the collaboration, communication, and coordination that Bapenda and IPPAT have done so far. He hopes that such communication and collaboration can be improved and sustained, especially in order to enhance the discipline of taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations.
"Of course, we also invite all notaries and IPPAT in Tangerang Regency to constantly remind taxpayers to comply with the administration of Property Tax (PBB), especially BPHTB," he requested.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Tangerang District Revenue Office, Selamet Budi Mulyanto, hopes that the newly appointed IPPAT officials can continue to synergize and collaborate with the Tangerang District Revenue Office in accordance with the wishes of the Regent of Tangerang, in order to increase the local revenue from BPHTB taxes.
"Hopefully, the newly appointed IPPAT officials can continue to coordinate and communicate with us at the Tangerang District Revenue Office to improve the local revenue sector, especially from BPHTB," said Selamet Budi.
The newly inaugurated Chairman of IPPAT Tangerang, Dyah Dwiyanto Prihatingtyas, feels proud and touched because it is the first time the inauguration of IPPAT officials can be held at the Pendopo and witnessed directly by the Regent of Tangerang. According to him, this is evidence that the relationship between IPPAT and the Tangerang Regency Government is very good.
"Our presence as land deed officials not only helps the community but also contributes to the development process in Tangerang Regency, specifically through the revenue generated from BPHTB transactions. Therefore, the recognition from the local government is a source of pride for us," he emphasized.
He and all the officials of IPPAT Tangerang pledge to continue improving communication and collaboration with the Tangerang Regency Government, especially with Bapenda, for a better future.
