Tangerang Regent Opens Raimuna Tangerang Branch

PersatuanindoNEWS.com - A total of 730 members of the Scout movement participated in the Tangerang District Raimuna, organized by the Tangerang District Scout Council (Kwarcab). The Raimuna event was attended by Rover Scouts and Venture Scouts for five days, from August 21 to 25, 2023, at the Kitri Bakti Curug Campsite in Tangerang District.

The Regent of Tangerang, who is also the Chairman of the District Scout Advisory Council (Mabicab) of Tangerang District, Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, officially opened the Tangerang District Raimuna, which coincided with the ceremony commemorating the 62nd Scout Day. Various competition activities added to the excitement of the annual camp.

In his speech, Kak Zaki expressed his desire for proper scouting education to be deeply ingrained in the hearts of every scout. This way, it can serve as a guide for their attitudes and behaviors, as well as contribute to the character education of the youth and future leaders of Indonesia.

"May the Scout movement in Tangerang District continue to shape the character of our future generations. We would also like to express our gratitude to the scout leaders and parents who have nurtured our children well," he said on Monday, August 21, 2023.
